Terms & Conditions

Purchased tickets are valid for three (3) months only.
Payment to be made before collecting tickets.
Payment is in the form of cash or credit card and cash deposit only.
Booking is to be based on availability
Ticket must be collected upon payment.
Any unutilized tickets will be automatically forfeited
Ticket purchased is not refundable.
Ticket must be utilized on the booking period only and no extension is allowed.
Age for senior is 55 and above.
Age for child is from 3 to 12 years.
Booking must be made by filling up the booking form provided by Eye On Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
Ticket must be collected at the ‘Eye on Malaysia’ Info Counter.
Eye On Malaysia Sdn Bhd will not be liable for any lost ticket.
No discount will be given for VIP Gondola and Private Hire.
All booking must be with the minimum of 20pax.
Bulk purchased at minimum of 500 tickets.
Bulk purchase at one transaction only.
2 FOC ticket will be provided for Tour Leader and Tour Guide for each group.

From KL
Get on the KL-Seremban Highway (heading southwards). Leave the expressway at the Ayer Keroh toll. This takes approximately 1 hour. Once you have turned off at the Ayer Keroh toll, it takes an additional 30 minutes to reach the Eye on Malaysia.

From KLIA
Get on the KL-Seremban Highway (heading southwards). Leave the expressway at the Ayer Keroh toll. This takes approximately 1 hour. Once you have turned off at the Ayer Keroh toll, it takes an additional 30 minutes to reach the Eye on Malaysia.

From Singapore
By car: Get on the North-South Expressway (heading northwards), then leave the expressway at the Ayer Keroh toll to get to Eye On Malaysia.

By flight: After arriving at KLIA or Low Cost Class Terminal (LCCT), use the KL-Seremban Highway to get into Ayer Keroh toll to Eye On Malaysia. Once you have turned off at the Ayer Keroh toll, it takes an additional 30 minutes to reach the Eye on Malaysia.

From Seremban
Get on the KL-Seremban Highway (heading southwards). Leave the expressway at the Ayer Keroh toll. This takes approximately 45 minutes. Once you have turned off at the Ayer Keroh toll, it takes an additional 30 minutes to reach the Eye on Malaysia.

From JB
Use the North South Expressway and leave the expressway at the Ayer Keroh toll. Once you have turned off at the Ayer Keroh toll, it takes an additional 30 minutes to reach the Eye on Malaysia.

From Indonesia
By flight: After arriving at KLIA or Low Cost Class Terminal (LCCT), use the KL-Seremban Highway to get into Ayer Keroh toll. Once you have turned off at the Ayer Keroh toll, it takes an additional 30 minutes to reach the Eye on Malaysia.

By ferry: Daily ferries (Tunas Rupat Follow Me Express) run from Dumai in Sumatra, Indonesia to Pelabuhan Melaka at 10am. There is only one trip per day. It trip takes approximately 2 hours. Upon reaching Pelabuhan Melaka, take a taxi to the Eye on Malaysia at Banda Hilir.

Directions from Ayer Keroh toll to Eye On Malaysia:
After the Ayer Keroh toll, drive past the Zoo and Butterfly Park until you reach the traffic lights. At the traffic light, go straight and follow signs leading to Pusat Bandar and the Eye on Malaysia.
